This is ideal for patients who are also being seen in home or outside of Kamloops, but want to follow up in a clinical space in Kamloops.

This option is ideal for those who have issues with mobility and travel, such as individuals recovering at home after a surgery. If you live in or around Kamloops, we will come to you! We will provide what is needed to properly assess and treat conditions that negatively affect your movement and quality of life.

This option is ideal for those who have issues with mobility and travel, such as individuals recovering at home after a surgery. It may also be a preferred option for those with busy schedules, kids at home, or just prefer to stay at home.

We ask that you have a space that would fit a treatment table, with room for both you and the therapist to move around. Also, please be prepared by wearing loose fitting and comfortable clothing.

If your home is not suitable, we will do our best to set up a meeting spot closer to you. This could be out of a clinic room in the community, the gym in your building or elsewhere.

TeleHealth Physiotherapy

If you are a BC resident and have an internet connection with audio and visual, we can connect over a secure server, giving you undivided attention and care. Although there are limitations, this can be suitable for many patients, whether it be a new injury or claim requiring assessment, or a scheduled follow-up appointment. ICBC Claim

This is for those who have been in a motor vehicle accident and require physiotherapy services to help in your recovery. A valid ICBC claim number is required.

Mitchell completed his Bachelor of Kinesiology (BKin) and Master’s in Physical Therapy (MPT) at UBC in Vancouver, where he also worked as a kinesiologist, swim coach, personal trainer and bootcamp instructor.

In addition to exercise prescription, Mitchell has special training in Gunn IMS (Intramuscular stimulation), vestibular rehab, concussion management, orthopedic manual therapy and therapeutic taping.

Mitchell recognizes that no two people or bodies are alike, so having a movement specialist determine YOUR baseline and design a tailored program for YOU can help make sense of the plethora of information available. He has a passion for helping people achieve their highest quality of life, through pain management and optimizing movement.

Michelle is a UBC trained Physiotherapist as well as a Certified Athletic Therapist (AT). Michelle’s extensive background in high performance sport has brought her to numerous Major Games including Canada Winter Games, North American Indigenous Games, U18 Female Hockey National Championships, and National Aboriginal Hockey Championship. As a Physiotherapist , Michelle has broadened her scope from athletes to community members of all abilities!

Michelle offers therapeutic taping, athletic taping and individualized return to sport/ return to work programs.

In her spare time you can find Michelle hiking and travelling with her husband, daughter and dog. She also cycles and plays recreational sports As a new mom, Michelle is excited to offer a new perspective to Physiotherapy for injury management while catering to busy schedules.
